incorrect advertisementunreliable wifi

the room i booked, a poolside cottage, was advertised as much larger than it actually WAS. i felt quite misled when i saw the limited space. furthermore, the staff seemed unhelpful when i raised this issue. they didn't even bother to apologize for the incorrect advertisement. also, the wifi was very UNRELIABLE making it hard to stay connected.

i found the staff quite helpful. they assisted with luggage and tour bookings. the hotel offers a tuk-tuk service to town (i used it a few times). the multiple pools were a plus.
